Register Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn shoes in their original bisgaard box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund has been processed.
